Brotherhood is for Life

Episode 61 "Brotherhood is for Life"

A special daytime episode! (Daytime EMMY MAYBE?) We are recoding on a balmy December Thursday afternoon in Laredo, Texas. By balmy in December, we mean 84F if you can believe that!

We talk about an upcoming fundraiser for our Firefighter brother Ruben Rodriguez (Road Runner). He is undergoing treatment and travelling back and forth to Chicago every few weeks. We discuss the upcoming music festival to raise funds for his expenses. We also send prayers to another brother Firefighter that is currently fighting for his life.

On the lighter side we open and early Christmas gift from my wife which turns out to be some amazing drink containers laser etched with our show's logo and also pay tribute to the late, legendary singer Vicente Fernandez.

There is nothing better for first responders then sitting down with a few cold beers and letting it all out. This would probably be much better if we weren't so darn weird! Not that there is anything wrong with that! Thank you for listening and we truly hope we have provided you some sort of entertainment over these last 12 months. We aren't going anywhere so stay tuned!
